Hey, I’m Sarah.

Welcome to a space where your journey is honored and supported with utmost respect. Thank you for being here.

As a trained and certified Psychedelic Coach, Clinical Herbalist, and educator, my mission revolves around guiding individuals through mindful preparation, navigation, and integration of psychedelic and non-ordinary states.

I believe that the intentional use of psychedelics combined with coaching and accountability support creates a powerful container for accelerating transformational processes and forging a deeper connection with one’s true Self.

I have years of clinical experience learning and creating frameworks for how psychedelic-assisted therapy models are developed, and I have practiced these models with individuals, couples, and groups. I am informed by a long history of personal exploration into non-ordinary states of consciousness, as well.

I have a deep seated passion towards helping people make meaning from working safely and mindfully with the powerful and transformational catalysts that psychedelics are.

If you are seeking compassionate support in exploring expanded states of consciousness for purposes of healing and growth, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

How I approach this work.

I practice a whole-person and integrative approach to providing psychedelic support. I am trauma informed, compassion based, and heart centered. My practice centers compassionately exploring trauma, mindfulness and meditation, Internal Family Systems (IFS), clinical herbalism, harm reduction principles, somatic work, tools for nervous system regulation, nature connection, and embodiment practices as integrative tools for moving towards greater health and vitality.

I believe there is an inner healing intelligence that lives within you and is at the heart of what guides this process. It’s that part of you that has the knowledge and power to move towards wholeness. I encourage continued connection to this inner guidance system, to your own Self-energy, as well as mindfulness daily as a tool for ongoing integration of insights gained from psychedelic and non-ordinary states of consciousness.

  • Simply put: psychedelic experiences can be transformational. They can have a profound impact on your life, your awareness, your sense of identity and overall worldview. It can help to have someone who is familiar with the psychedelic experience that can guide and support you through this powerful and often revelatory process.

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) is an evidence-based modality that is at the forefront of a collaborative therapeutic approach. IFS strongly complements psychedelic therapies and relies on a person's intuitive wisdom.

IFS is currently being implemented in the MAPS MDMA-Assisted Psychotherapy model for the treatment of PTSD with tremendous success.

It is very clear that IFS has an important role to play in the psychedelic experience due to the medicines ability to help people face painful experiences often with more clarity and compassion, and by unblending from those parts while increasing access to “Self-energy,” or our inner healing intelligence.

  • Ecopsychology is an emerging form of therapy or coaching that expands the traditional scope of treatment to include the human-nature relationship.

I believe that having a relationship to the natural world is essential to a person’s existential sense of well-being. The disconnection that modern humans have created between themselves and the more than human world is illusory and serves to keep our sense of self much smaller then it actually is.

My practice takes into account our origins and deep rootedness in the natural world. It considers the latest scientific research on the mental and physical health benefits of developing a relationship with nature, and offers a wilderness retreat space and a homecoming practice to rekindle this ancient connection that we all share with our extraordinary planet.

At a time of such environmental crisis, the impact of living in a culture that has separated itself from the rest of life on earth has a truly devastating impact on the body, psyche, and soul of the world. Feeling grief, anxiety, and depression are all very natural responses to what it means to be alive at a time of such great imbalance. A profound maturation of an ecological consciousness is called for if we are to co-exist in any sort of cooperative and reciprocal way with our world.

Having earned my BA in Ecopsychology from Prescott College, my work supports others in reclaiming a connection to the natural world and considers psychedelic states to be a catalyst for enhancing our sense of relatedness, curiosity, and belonging towards our planet.

“Direct sensorial experiences with the phenomenon of nature constitute a foundational source of knowledge, joy, and a full realization of human potential.” Patricia H. Hasbach
